The Traveller's Paving Stone can enhance your movement speed by stepping on it as well as a jump boost.
The Traveller's Paving Stone has speed properties similar to that of the Boots of the Traveller but cannot enable you to move up a single block without jumping.
It is also possible to run on water for a short period of time if you transfer to water quickly. You are not however capable of jumping while water-walking.
NOTE: This affects mobs as well as players.
